You are granted access to use the Codalyst services for lawful and legitimate purposes only. You may host content and applications on your server, including but not limited to:

• Programming servers (Node.JS, Python)
• Websites
• Other web-based services

Provided that:

• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your use does not disrupt or harm the Codalyst network or services
• You do not interfere with other customers’ services

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• ? Illegal Activities – Hosting or distributing pirated software, malware, or any content that infringes on copyright/IP rights
• ? Hacking & Security Exploits – Unauthorized system access, vulnerability exploitation
• ? Spamming & Phishing – Email spam, scams, or fraud
• ? Abusive Content – Hate speech, harassment, child exploitation, threats
• ? Excessive Resource Use – Programs consuming extreme CPU, RAM, bandwidth, etc.
• ? Botnets – DDoS tools, crypto mining, or harmful automation

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your hosting services without prior notice or refund. Codalyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for TOS or AUP violations. We are not responsible for any loss of data or access resulting from termination.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you will not receive a refund, regardless of any remaining service time or balance.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your server and its contents comply with the TOS and AUP. Codalyst does not monitor your server, but we reserve the right to take action if misuse is suspected.

Codalyst may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
